From audience recruitment for films SFF have diversified into seat filling at venues and events around the UK.
Starting with occasional filling for premieres, then creating an audience for comedians practicing their Edinburgh routines, the SFF Repertoire expanded to include music launches, press nights and read throughs.
Over the last few years SFF members have had complimentary tickets to film, theatre, concerts, gigs, dance, ballet, festivals, and much more. We only contact you when we have something to offer – you have nothing to loose but your FOMO!
SFF: Entertainment industry best kept secret
ShowFilmFirst are trusted with complimentary tickets for a specified audience which are shared with their members. The producers get a full auditorium and therefore a better experience for the paying patrons (and talent), while the seat filler is able to see an event for a small service charge. This is also referred to as papering the house.
For the venue and the promoter we hope that our members will spend in the concessions and buy tickets through the venue to other events. Constructive feedback from our members and recommendations to others are also of value.

How does it work?
When we receive tickets, we will send an invite to members in the area that we think may enjoy the event. Sometimes its something you have applied for before, but it may be a wildcard!
Depending on the location and audience the promotors want we may send invites to specific demographics who are mostly to enjoy the event
On receipt of the invite, if its something you fancy and you can make the date/time – you simply download tickets. If none available at the time we advise you to check back as people do cancel and tickets are returned.
You will have clear instructions what to do on arrival to get your tickets/admission. It may be a link to book your own seats, tickets in your name at box office, bar code scan in or, one of our reps will be there to check you in.
After the event you will receive a short survey where we ask for your constructive comments on the evening as this feedback is often the reason we are give tickets!

Seeitfirst operates predominantly in the film and TV market promoting pre-awareness.
Its proven that the most popular influence on choosing what film to watch is word of mouth/personal recommendation.
Seeitfirst preview films to audiences that are likely to spread the word with their family and friends network.
At Seeitfirst you would be invited to a film preview known as a ‘talker’ – this is where you watch a film in cinema, usually a couple of weeks before its release and then give your opinion and hopefully share recommendations.

Showfilmfirst is a membership only club where members are invited to events including theatre, concerts, music launches.
Memerships are given to selected people, agreeing to the club principles, to be a seat filler.
Producers of an event give complimentary tickets to the Seat-Filling company Showfilmfirst, which they hope will increase concession sales, create full auditorium for better atmosphere, and hopefully, spread positive word of mouth.
